• Rigger gloves are made from soft sheepskin leather. 

• Different leather thickness provides us different gloves quality levels. 

• With lining, this can absorb hand sweat easily during work. 

• No lining, this can reduce the product costing while maintaine the same function.  

We choose high-quality cow split leather, which is soft, durable, abrasion & heat resistant. 

And we have different producing options per below: 

• Sewing options: dupont kevlar fire-resistant thread, or ordinary fire-resistnat thread. 

• Lining options:  PU & flannel lining, or twill lining.

• Features: cow split leather is the most durable and lasting material for welding work, and different part of reinforcement will strengthen the product for better work safety.

• Application: welding work, cutting & assebling work, general handing & carrying, high temperature resistant up to 300 degress for single leather layer, and 500 degrees for double leather layer.

We have different leather material. Range from cow grain leather, cow split leather, goatskin leather, pig leather, etc, you can choose the best material for your needs. 

Below are the production process, for both long welding leather gloves and short rigger gloves. 

• Raw material allocation 

• Leather trimming, coloring  

• Leather drying, cutting & sewing

• Gloves ironing & packing

• Unpacked & Packed cargo
