Detail makes the difference - QC of the coated gloves

As a gloves maker, i have been repeating the way to check gloves quality multiple times on daily basis, and of course, i love doing that!

Educating my buyers with more field knowledge is my passion of being a gloves maker after all :)

There are various models of gloves for PPE, out of so many, let's talk about the latex coated model with fine liner of 13 gauge today, out of so many, let's talk about the latex coated model with fine liner of 13 gauge today.

Seeing the above small clip, how do u think about the shown coated glove?

I have to say, the coating is so fine, average and presentable.Well, you do not expect to see a pair of coated gloves with small coated crinkle on fingers and big crinkle on palm, yes? If i do see this stuff, i wonder on the quality and production tech...

Other small matters to mind is: the liner's cleanness, any hole on it? proper size? coating edge is properly covering 5 elastic strings of the wrists?

Do the above detail matter?
OF COURSE, YES!
They do matter. Read a book years back, says details makes differences, the marvelous people achieved their great work just because they inssit on the great details while the rest people didn't.

SO, yes, please keep on doing the great tiny details, and never give up :)
