Here’s an overview of the process:

1. Material Selection: 

High-quality cowhide leather is chosen for its heat resistance and durability. The leather is inspected 

for defects before being cut into precise patterns.

2. Cutting: 

Using specialized cutting machines, the leather is cut into glove components, including the palm, fingers, and 

backhand sections. Precision is key to ensure a perfect fit.

3. Stitching: 

Skilled workers stitch the pieces together using reinforced, heat-resistant threads. Double or triple stitching 

is often applied to critical areas for added strength.

4. Lining and Padding: 

For extra comfort and protection, some gloves are lined with flame-resistant materials like Kevlar 

or cotton. Padding is added to high-stress areas to enhance durability.

5. Quality Control: 

Each glove undergoes rigorous inspection for stitching quality, fit, and material integrity. Defective 

gloves are discarded or repaired.

6. Finishing Touches: 

The gloves are cleaned, polished, and branded with the company logo. They are then packaged 

for shipment.
